Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Our forwardings are made for all orders of a minimum amount of 10 Euros including all taxes, except expenses of delivery. The amount of the expenses of delivery is indicated to you before the validation of your purchase and depends on the weight of the selected products.

The goods are dispatched within the limit of stocks available in port due at the beginning of our buildings for the Metropolitan France. All expenses of forwarding are with the load of the purchaser and invoiced with the order. For other destinations thank you to consult us by email or by telephone.

Free of port and packing in FRANCE is granted for any order of more than 1000 euros H.T.

Means of delivery:

Your order will be delivered to you to the address that you indicated us at the time of your order. proposes two means of delivery:

1) The express delivery

This choice of delivery enables you to receive your parcel under 24h, at the departure of our deposit. Your order placed before 10h will be treated in the day, if the product were indicated available on the site. Please precise for this mean.


2) The standard delivery

This choice of delivery enables you to receive your parcel under 48h, at the departure of our deposit, with the Colissimo service. Your order placed before 10h will be treated in the day if the product were indicated available on the site. If the product is out of stock we warn you immediatly of the delay. We prefer to work with a minimum of stock to preserve the quality and the freshness of our products.

Delivery periods: puts all works about to respect the delivery periods mentioned on the Site. Nevertheless we could not be held for persons in charge for the consequences due to a delay of delivery or a loss of parcels caused by a third or your fact or because of an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause constitutive of a case of absolute necessity.

In the event of nonreception of a parcel within the deadlines indicated, a survey is carried out near the conveyor and can take several days (ex: 21 days with the Post, 15 days with Chronopost). During this period, no refunding or reference could be carried out.

At the reception of your order, we recommend to check the conformity of the products delivered with your order and to indicate, if necessary, on the delivery order and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning them.

In the event of proven non-conformity, the Purchaser will have the choice between the repair or the replacement of the product except if the desired option involves a cost obviously disproportionate compared to the other method.

The return of the products could be accepted only for the products in their state of origin, in particular with their packing, accessories, and notes of use. The expenses of refound are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
